3.2 No Legal Relationship

We facilitate introductions only. Any legal services are provided directly by independent solicitors, and we are not party to any agreement between you and a solicitor.

3.3 Information Accuracy

While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that solicitor information (pricing, turnaround times, availability) is always current or complete. You should verify details directly with solicitors.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Service. Providing false information may result in termination of access.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or collect solicitor data for unauthorized purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Spam solicitors with irrelevant or excessive requests

5. Solicitor Registration

5.1 SRA Regulation

All solicitors on our platform must be regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). We verify SRA registration but do not guarantee ongoing compliance.

5.2 Solicitor Obligations

Solicitors agree to:

• Maintain valid SRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
• Provide accurate pricing and service information
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain professional standards in all interactions
• Update their profile information regularly

5.3 Commission

Solicitors pay a commission when successfully completing an ILA certificate through our platform. Commission rates are agreed upon registration.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 No Charge to Landlords

Our comparison service is free for landlords. You pay solicitors directly for legal services.

6.2 Solicitor Fees

Legal fees are agreed between you and the solicitor. We are not responsible for payment disputes or refunds for legal services.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or suitability.

7.2 No Liability for Solicitor Services

We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or legality of services provided by solicitors. Any issues should be addressed directly with the solicitor or through the SRA complaints process.

7.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILA Comparison shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ILA Comparison from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
